What you'll do:

As a Logistics Manager based in Vietnam – Central Region , you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating logistics operations across multiple sites. • Coordinate monthly production planning with cross-functional teams such as procurement, holding weekly meetings to address material fulfilment, inventory status, and escalation of any issues.
• Monitor and update maximum capacity of assembly lines with a focus on injection capacity to optimise operational efficiency.
• Support the planning team at critical escalation points to resolve challenges swiftly and maintain workflow integrity.
• Stay updated on new customs policies and regulations, managing tax, duty, ocean freight, local charges, and customs fees according to budget requirements.
• Assist various departments with customs processes, transport solutions, and resolving any related issues that require involvement.
• Collaborate with the team to issue transport handbooks that guide best practices for logistics operations.
• Manage EWM systems effectively, providing feedback to IT when issues arise during warehouse activities.
• Conduct comprehensive reviews of warehouse operations to identify areas for improvement and support supervisors at escalation points.
• Oversee stock control by reviewing safety stock levels, slow-moving items, consumption rates, and inventory accuracy to ensure timely and secure management.
