- Manage, coach, and develop the operations team by setting clear objectives, monitoring progress against key performance indicators (KPIs), and fostering skill enhancement.
- Identify opportunities to streamline operational processes through the development and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for transportation, warehousing, and logistics activities.

Your adaptability allows you to thrive even when priorities shift rapidly or unexpected challenges emerge; meanwhile your ethical standards ensure compliance remains at the forefront of every decision.
- A bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field provides you with a strong academic foundation relevant to this position.
- At least five years’ experience in operations management within transportation, warehousing or logistics sectors ensures you have practical knowledge of industry best practices; experience in the chemical industry is considered advantageous but not mandatory.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with proven ability to manage teams effectively while fostering their professional growth through coaching and mentoring initiatives.
- Comprehensive understanding of transportation networks, warehouse operations, inventory management systems as well as import/export procedures specific to Vietnam’s regulatory landscape.
- Analytical mindset equipped with problem-solving abilities that enable you to address complex operational challenges efficiently using data-driven approaches.
- Proficiency in using logistics software tools such as ERP systems allows you to streamline workflows and enhance reporting accuracy across multiple functions.
- Excellent communication skills in both Vietnamese and English (written & spoken) facilitate effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders inside and outside the organisation.
