What you'll do:

As a Logistics Manager based in Dong Nai, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating the entire logistics function across Vietnam. • Oversee all aspects of logistics operations in Vietnam including warehousing management, transportation, and import/export compliance to ensure smooth movement of goods.
• Manage a dedicated team responsible for the safe handling and timely delivery of materials by developing effective schedules, methods, and transport routes tailored to business needs.
• Analyse logistics costs regularly while coordinating customs clearances and permits to guarantee cost-effective solutions that comply with regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement warehousing and distribution procedures aligned with corporate standards to optimise resource utilisation and achieve volume targets efficiently.
• Establish strong relationships with shipping agencies and transport companies to secure reliable service providers for both local and international shipments.
• Deliver operational excellence by managing warehousing and transportation activities across all business units while upholding agreed service level targets.
• Steer market logistics strategies focused on minimising costs without compromising service quality or customer satisfaction.
• Bridge technical logistics requirements with commercial tendering processes by collaborating closely with Procurement teams to evaluate bids and secure optimal total-cost solutions.
• Lead local sustainability initiatives aimed at reducing environmental impact through innovative projects that align with global best practices.
