Project Director (French & English speaking)

Lead a landmark luxury villa development near Ho Chi Minh City as the main contractor’s representative. Oversee all phases from preconstruction to completion, ensuring excellence in quality, safety, and client satisfaction. This role suits an experienced leader in luxury hospitality or high-end residential projects, fluent in French and English, with a proven track record in large-scale international developments.

What You’ll Do

• Direct the full project lifecycle, coordinating clients, architects, consultants, and internal teams.

• Supervise a site team of 15–20 professionals, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.

• Align procurement strategies with design and budget during preconstruction.

• Act as primary client liaison, ensuring transparent communication and trust.

• Establish and monitor master schedules and detailed timelines.

• Enforce rigorous HSE standards and quality control procedures.

• Manage budgets with strict cost control and regular reporting.

• Maintain a risk matrix to evaluate risks and opportunities throughout the project.

What You Bring

• 15+ years’ experience managing large-scale luxury hospitality or residential projects.

• Engineering degree or master’s in civil engineering.

• Successful leadership of multidisciplinary teams on international assignments (Asia experience preferred).

• Native-level French (prefered) and advanced English communication skills.

• Expertise in scheduling, budgeting, procurement, risk assessment, and quality control.

• Strong interpersonal skills to build client trust and team cooperation.

• Deep knowledge of HSE standards and practical site safety implementation.

• Excellent organizational skills to balance priorities without compromising quality.
