What you'll do:
As Head of Access and External Relations, you will be responsible for driving strategies that expand access to care for patients affected by chronic diseases throughout Vietnam. Your day-to-day activities will involve collaborating closely with government institutions, healthcare professionals, payers, media representatives, and internal teams to advocate for sustainable policy changes. You will lead efforts in government affairs by addressing external challenges impacting therapy areas while gathering valuable market intelligence. - Engage payers, key opinion leaders, policymakers, and media representatives to shape the local market through advocacy and coalition-building.
- Build long-term partnerships with external stakeholders to encourage portfolio-based approaches across therapy areas and conduct Value at Stake analyses.
- Represent the organisation at major external events, identifying business risks and opportunities while developing action plans including crisis management protocols.
- Lead external communications efforts to support corporate objectives, overseeing media relations in coordination with regional teams.
- Provide media training to ensure global communication programmes meet business needs and align with local requirements.

- A degree in public administration, social policy, business administration, communications or life sciences provides essential foundational knowledge.
- In-depth understanding of corporate health care systems including policy frameworks and key stakeholders is necessary for success.
- Demonstrated ability to analyse complex situations, recommend actionable strategies, lead cross-functional projects and implement initiatives effectively is expected.
- Experience engaging key opinion leaders (KOLs), payers and policymakers through advocacy campaigns is beneficial.
