You will be entrusted with shaping national policy, advancing patient support initiatives, and engaging with diverse teams united by a shared commitment to meaningful societal impact. The organisation is resolutely dedicated to cultivating an inclusive environment where your unique experiences and perspectives are esteemed, and where you may pursue professional development through comprehensive training and supportive leadership. Should you aspire to a position that affords both personal advancement and the capacity to enhance countless lives, this role provides an exceptional platform for your continued success.

  • Join a collaborative team devoted to elevating healthcare access and outcomes for patients across Vietnam, with a pronounced emphasis on inclusion and belonging.
  • Benefit from flexible working arrangements and ongoing training designed to refine your expertise in market access, policy engagement, and patient advocacy.
  • Contribute within a supportive environment that values strategic acumen, customer orientation, and unwavering dedication to advancing human welfare.

What you'll do:

In the capacity of Market Access Manager based in Ha Noi, you will assume responsibilities central to facilitating timely access to innovative therapies for those most in need. Your daily endeavours will encompass presenting compelling evidence before health authorities for product inclusion on the National Reimbursement Drug List (NRDL), collaborating closely with distributors during centralised tenders to secure optimal quotas and pricing strategies, as well as designing patient assistance programmes that dismantle barriers to care. You will maintain vigilance regarding policy developments affecting pricing, procurement, and orphan drugs—ensuring compliance whilst proactively informing company strategy. Success in this role is predicated upon your ability to cultivate trusted partnerships across both internal teams and external stakeholders; your aptitude for articulating complex concepts with clarity will be indispensable. By contributing your expertise to cross-functional initiatives and remaining informed about industry advancements, you will help drive sustainable improvements in patient access whilst upholding the highest ethical standards.

  • Present meticulously prepared, evidence-based data to Health Authorities in order to advocate for the inclusion of company products within the National Reimbursement Drug List (NRDL), ensuring that both efficacy and cost-effectiveness are persuasively demonstrated.
  • Support the Distributor in securing appropriate quota allocations through the National Centralized Tender process at the National Centralized Procurement Center (NCPC), with particular attention to market demand alignment, competitive pricing strategies, and reliable supply planning.
  • Design and implement Patient Assistance Programmes (PAP) intended to support individuals encountering obstacles in accessing medications or healthcare services, ensuring these initiatives are both compassionate and effective.
  • Monitor and interpret policies pertaining to NRDL, pricing, drug procurement, and orphan drugs so as to ensure all company actions remain compliant and proactively informed ahead of regulatory developments.
  • Engage constructively with internal teams as well as external stakeholders such as government bodies, distributors, and healthcare professionals in order to foster relationships grounded in trust.
  • Develop comprehensive strategies that harmonise organisational objectives with evolving requirements of the Vietnamese healthcare system.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations that elucidate complex market access issues for decision-makers at all levels in clear and accessible terms.
  • Contribute insights into cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing patient outcomes while supporting business sustainability.
  • Remain abreast of industry trends, regulatory updates, and best practices in market access so as to ensure continuous improvement of processes.
  • Uphold ethical standards in all activities by maintaining transparency, accuracy, and sensitivity when handling confidential information.

What you bring:

To excel as Market Access Manager within this esteemed organisation, you should possess substantial experience acquired within multinational pharmaceutical environments—particularly those involving market access advocacy or patient programme design. Your thorough knowledge of Vietnam’s healthcare landscape will enable you to navigate intricate regulatory frameworks with assurance. Beyond technical proficiency, you bring exemplary interpersonal skills: your approach is collaborative, empathetic, and consistently oriented towards fostering trust among stakeholders. Your fluency in English facilitates seamless interaction with international colleagues while your analytical acumen ensures every recommendation is substantiated by rigorous evidence. Above all else, your dedication to supporting patients is manifest throughout your work—from developing accessible programmes to interpreting policy shifts—rendering you an invaluable contributor within any team committed to advancing public health.

  • Possess more than three years’ experience within multinational pharmaceutical companies with demonstrable focus on market access functions such as NRDL submissions, Patient Assistance Programmes (PAP), pricing strategies or policy analysis.
  • Exhibit comprehensive understanding of Vietnam’s healthcare systems together with pertinent regulations governing reimbursement lists, drug procurement processes, pricing frameworks, and orphan drug policies.
  • Demonstrate proven capacity for strategic thought whilst maintaining a customer-oriented approach that prioritises patient needs alongside organisational imperatives.
  • Display skill in engaging collaboratively with both internal colleagues from various departments as well as external partners including government agencies or distributors.
  • Hold upper-intermediate proficiency or higher in verbal and written English enabling effective communication across multicultural environments.
  • Showcase experience preparing persuasive presentations underpinned by robust data analysis tailored for diverse audiences including health authorities or senior management.
  • Evidence a track record of designing or implementing patient support initiatives that address tangible barriers to medication access or healthcare services.
  • Be familiar with monitoring policy changes at national level so as to anticipate impacts on business operations or compliance requirements.
  • Demonstrate commitment to ethical conduct evidenced by transparent reporting practices and sensitivity when handling confidential information.
