Job Responsibilities

• Deliver and manage custom client projects focused on AI-driven workflow automation for enterprise customers
• Analyze customer requirements and translate them into scalable technical delivery plans and production solutions
• Build, deploy, design/ code & test, and maintain automation pipelines using internal technologies, AI tools, and coding agents
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex web automation and system integration challenges in production environments
• Design monitoring and validation processes to ensure system reliability, SLA achievement, and operational quality
• Collaborate directly with enterprise customers on technical discussions, implementation progress, and solution delivery
• Ensure all solutions comply with company and client-specific security and compliance standards
• Continuously improve delivery efficiency, scalability, and automation capabilities across projects

Job Requirements

• Strong software engineering background with hands-on experience delivering production-grade solutions
• Ability to understand, maintain, and troubleshoot existing codebases, able to code end-to-end, including AI-assisted generated code
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS for deployment and production support
• Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to independently debug complex technical issues
• Comfortable working in a client-facing environment and communicating with international stakeholders in English
• Interest or experience in AI agents, workflow automation, or intelligent automation technologies is highly preferred
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with high ownership and accountability for delivery outcomes
• Strong collaboration, communication, and project coordination skills
• Vietnamese native, fluent English communication skills
