Data Analytics Partner (Finance Reporting)

Job Responsibilities

• Partner closely with Finance and Data teams to bridge business requirements with technical data solutions.
• Design and build finance data models, dashboards, and reporting solutions using Power BI.
• Translate complex financial and operational data into meaningful business insights for management reporting at group level.
• Work closely with the Data Engineering team to define data requirements and support development of scalable data warehouse solutions.
• Improve reporting automation, data accuracy, and visibility across finance and operational performance metrics.

Job Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Data Analytics, BI, or Finance Data Analytics roles.
• Experience building PBI model, dashboard, and have thorough understanding about finance processes, business reporting on a group level
• Strong hands-on experience in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and data modelling.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical data teams and non-technical finance stakeholders.
• Experience with finance systems such as NSPB, NetSuite, and operational platforms like CargoWise is a strong advantage.
• Vietnamese native with fluent English communication abilities
