IT Director (Vietnamese native only)

This role is responsible for defining and executing the organization’s IT strategy, with a strong focus on end-to-end system deployment for core business & ERP transformation (D365), and the delivery of scalable, reliable business systems. This person will lead a sizable internal team and partner closely with senior leadership to enable growth, operational excellence, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation and transformation of ERP systems (D365) across the organization.
  • Oversee the deployment, integration, and continuous improvement of business support systems aligned with operational needs.
  • Define and execute IT strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and long-term scalability.
  • Manage and develop an internal IT team of ~45 members, fostering high performance and accountability.
  • Act as a strategic partner to executive stakeholders, providing insight, challenge, and direction on technology decisions.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure technology initiatives deliver measurable business impact.
  • Establish strong governance, risk management, and system reliability practices.

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience leading enterprise-wide ERP implementations within core business/ applications with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Strong background in end-to-end system transformation within complex organizations that has chains, preferably experience in well-known Retail, F&B, Consumer Goods, Services Industry companies
  • Strong technical foundation across enterprise systems, architecture, and integrations.
  • Demonstrated success managing large internal IT teams (30–50 people).
  • Experience in retail chains, multi-site operations, or service networks is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior, high-caliber executives.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to balance big-picture vision and hands-on execution.
  • Fluent English communication skills (both written and spoken).
