Oracle EPM Architect

About Company: Leading private logistics company, reputable brand name. The company is in the process of delivering a large transformation project. This includes the implementation of a new ERP (Oracle NetSuite) & need a hands-on leader in this area to build end-to-end architecture for NSPB

Job Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution architecture, build and design for NSPB, covering management reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
• Develop and maintain metadata models, including dimensions, hierarchies, and reporting structures aligned with business needs
• Design and manage data integration flows from NetSuite and Excel, including mapping, validation, and data quality controls
• Configure business rules, planning models, and reporting logic to support financial analysis (actual vs. budget vs. forecast)
• Oversee system security, workflows, testing (SIT/UAT), deployment, and establish governance for ongoing system control

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, or a related field mixed between Finance & Tech
• Minimum 7 years of experience in NSPB / Oracle EPM / Hyperion implementation (familiar with Oracle EPM is ok as long as the background is good & willing to learn/ grow
• Experience with data models, integration frameworks, PowerBI, Oracle, and familiarity with NetSuite is a plus
• Familiar with financial systems combined with solution architecture and design capabilities
• Solid understanding of financial consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes
• Fluent English communication & sharp mindset, quick learner
