Finance Systems Analyst (ERP, Power BI, Data)

We are looking for a Finance Systems Analyst (ERP, Power BI, Data) to drive reporting and planning solutions across Finance and Technology. This role focuses on ERP systems, data modeling, and BI tools to deliver accurate insights and support business decision-making. You will partner with stakeholders to optimize financial reporting, enable data integration, and support budgeting and forecasting processes in a fast-evolving transformation environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and enhance finance planning and reporting solutions

- Build and maintain dashboards and management reports

- Ensure data accuracy and perform reconciliation

- Support budgeting and forecasting cycles

- Enable integration between ERP, planning tools, and BI platforms

- Participate in testing, training, and system support

Key Requirements

- 8–10+ years in finance systems, reporting, or data solutions

- Experience with ERP (NetSuite or similar)

- Exposure to planning tools (NSPB, Hyperion)

- Proficiency in Power BI or similar BI tools

- Strong understanding of financial reporting and data modeling

Nice-to-have

- Experience in ERP transformation projects

- Knowledge of integration between systems
