An outstanding opportunity for a visionary IT leader to drive a large-scale digital transformation portfolio. We are seeking a Senior Manager - IT (ERP) to orchestrate end-to-end ERP lifecycles for a market-leading FMCG and Manufacturing corporation in Ho Chi Minh City. This pivotal role bridges advanced enterprise systems with complex plant operations, focusing heavily on strategic Change Management and user adoption.

Our client is a prominent market leader within the FMCG and High-Volume Manufacturing sector in Vietnam. As part of their aggressive digital transformation roadmap, they are seeking a visionary Senior Manager - IT (ERP) to spearhead the end-to-end lifecycle of their enterprise resource planning ecosystem, with a strong strategic preference for SAP solutions.

This pivotal role goes beyond technical deployment; it serves as a strategic bridge between plant operations, commercial teams, and advanced technology, with a heavy emphasis on organizational Change Management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. ERP Strategy & Lifecycle Management
• Architect and execute the enterprise-wide ERP roadmap tailored for multi-site manufacturing and complex FMCG distribution networks, driving core SAP solutions and integrations.
• Lead complex ERP engagements from initial discovery, blueprinting, and implementation through to post-go-live adoption.
• Ensure all deliverables are achieved on-time, within budget, and aligned with corporate compliance.
• Synchronize SAP workflows with other operational systems including WMS, DMS, and MES.

2. Change Management & Stakeholder Alignment
• Formulate comprehensive project management and change strategies to minimize user resistance and fast-track digital adoption across diverse workforces (from factory-floor operators to corporate executives).
• Conduct thorough impact analyses, assess organizational readiness, and establish clear success metrics to monitor adoption rates.
• Partner with the Executive Leadership Team to design an actionable internal communication strategy that promotes a data-driven culture.

3. Business Partnering & Vendor Management
• Act as the strategic liaison connecting Technical IT teams with core Business Functions (Supply Chain, Procurement, Sales, and Finance).
• Evaluate operational metrics, track system performance, and proactively resolve bottlenecks before they impact production lines.
• Manage high-level relationships and service level agreements (SLAs) with global ERP vendors and external SAP integration partners.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 7–10 years of collective experience in building and managing enterprise-scale ERP environments.
• Specialized Track Record: At least 5 years of hands-on experience in direct ERP implementation/rollouts (Strongly preferring candidates with extensive SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA implementation experience).
• Industry Background: Proven background within FMCG, Food & Beverage (F&B), or Manufacturing sectors is mandatory. Deep understanding of production scheduling and supply chain dynamics is highly preferred.
• Key Skills: Exceptional change management capabilities, strong analytical mindset, and impactful communication skills to influence stakeholders at all tiers (from front-line staff to the C-suite).
