Engineering Manager (DevOps & SRE)

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of System Development Engineers, fostering a culture of automation, continuous improvement, and engineering excellence.
• Define and execute the roadmap for CI/CD pipelines, internal developer platforms, and infrastructure tooling to support scalable software delivery.
• Drive platform reliability by improving system observability, incident response processes, root cause analysis, and operational resilience.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering teams, including software, hardware, firmware, and cloud, to deliver integrated technology solutions.
• Champion Infrastructure as Code (IaC), security best practices, and scalable architecture to ensure high availability and compliance across development environments.

Job Requirements

• 9+ years of experience in System Development, DevOps, SRE, or related fields, including at least 3 years in a people management or technical leadership role.
• Strong background in Linux systems, networking fundamentals, cloud-native technologies, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
• Hands-on experience with software development practices and the ability to guide teams working with languages such as Python, Go, or C++.
• Proven ability to lead large-scale automation initiatives, improve engineering productivity, and build reliable internal platforms.
• Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to work effectively across global teams and influence stakeholders.
