Job Responsibilities

• Own and drive the product roadmap, backlog, and delivery priorities for a portfolio of internal digital platforms and AI-powered solutions.
• Translate business strategy into clear product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and phased release plans.
• Lead backlog prioritization and sprint planning in collaboration with technology, operations, analytics, and business stakeholders.
• Define and track product success metrics, ensuring solutions deliver measurable improvements in efficiency, adoption, user experience, or revenue impact.
• Evaluate product development approaches, balancing build, partner, or defer decisions while managing scope, risks, and business trade-offs.
• Prepare executive updates, product demonstrations, and decision-making materials while ensuring quality standards are met before launch.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• 6+ years of experience in Product Management within digital platforms, SaaS, e-commerce, marketplaces, martech, or related technology-driven environments.
• Proven ability to translate ambiguous business objectives into MVPs, product roadmaps, user stories, and scalable product releases.
• Experience working with data products, analytics platforms, workflow automation, AI-powered solutions, or internal business systems.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and make effective prioritization decisions.
• Exposure to social commerce, marketplace ecosystems, creator platforms, affiliate programs, AI agents, or workflow automation tools is highly desirable.
• Business level of English proficiency
