Security Tech Lead

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the company’s security and compliance operations, including ISO 27001 maintenance, SOC 2 readiness, audit coordination, evidence collection, and ongoing governance activities.
• Oversee vulnerability management, policy lifecycle reviews, vendor risk assessments, incident/risk tracking, and employee security controls to ensure strong operational compliance.
• Act as the primary contact for customer-facing security matters, including security questionnaires, compliance reviews, trust-center requests, and enterprise client discussions.
• Partner closely with Engineering, HR, Product, and leadership teams to embed scalable security processes and maintain audit-ready documentation across the organization.
• Monitor compliance health, SLA performance, and security program effectiveness through reporting, tracking, and continuous process improvement initiatives.

Job Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Security, GRC, or Compliance Program Management, preferably within high-growth B2B SaaS or technology environments.
• Hands-on experience managing ISO 27001, and SOC 2 audits end-to-end, including auditor coordination and compliance operations.
• Strong familiarity with security compliance platforms such as Vanta, Drata, or similar tooling.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence handling enterprise customer security discussions.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and sound judgment in assessing operational risk and compliance priorities.
• Exposure to AI/ML security, browser-based products, or additional compliance frameworks is a plus.
• Native Vietnamese, preferably with international working exposure (studying/ working/ global environment)
• Fluency in English
