About Company: IT Consulting Group specialized in Banking/ AI/ Blockchain domain.

Define and drive end-to-end technology strategy, enterprise architecture, and technical governance for large-scale digital transformation programs.
Lead architecture, engineering, and delivery teams, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-quality solutions while managing technical risks, delivery governance, and architecture standards.
Partner with executive stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions, facilitate architecture decisions, and align cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.
Coordinate product, engineering, platform, security, and vendor teams in distributed environments while championing modern engineering practices, cloud-native architecture, DevOps, automation, and AI-assisted software development.
Remain actively involved in technical implementation, serving as the senior technical authority and final escalation point for critical architectural and delivery decisions.

9+ years of experience in senior technology leadership (e.g., CTO, Technical Director, Principal/Solution Architect) with a proven track record leading large-scale engineering programs.
5+ years of experience delivering banking, financial services, or fintech solutions
Strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, API-driven architecture, microservices, Kafka, cloud platforms, Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD, and enterprise architecture.
Demonstrated success working directly with C-level stakeholders, leading international and distributed engineering teams, and influencing executive-level technical decisions.
Excellent English communication skills (IELTS 7.0+ or equivalent) with the ability to present complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Comfortable with business trips (once per month/ 2 months)
