What You'll Need to Do

• Develop and execute the company's technology strategy to support business growth and scalability.
• Lead and grow a high-performing technology team, fostering innovation and continuous improvement.
• Design and oversee enterprise architecture, including AI agent-enabled environments, IT operations, observability, and infrastructure automation.
• Establish and enforce AI software development standards and governance for AI-generated code.
• Drive the adoption of emerging technologies to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver technology solutions that support business objectives.
• Ensure robust cybersecurity, risk management, and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Manage technology budgets and optimise investments across platforms and infrastructure.
• Advise executive leadership on technology strategy, digital transformation, and business growth initiatives.

What You'll Need to Apply

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of technology leadership experience, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Proven success leading engineering development and AI/data teams at scale.
• Strong expertise in enterprise architecture, software engineering, cloud infrastructure, and IT operations.
• Experience with AI software development lifecycle (AI SDLC), agentic enterprise architecture, and AIOps practices.
• Knowledge of AI code governance, software quality standards, and production deployment processes.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity, data protection, and technology risk management.
• • Knowledge of ERP and CRM platforms.
  • Experience leading enterprise digital transformation initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
