Senior Software Engineer – Full-stack

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Full-stack Software Engineer to design, develop, and deliver scalable, high-performance software solutions. In this role, you will build end-to-end applications, contribute to critical architecture decisions, and mentor junior engineers while collaborating closely with cross-functional global teams in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Architecture & Design: Design scalable, maintainable, and robust software architectures tailored for complex systems.

• Full-Stack Development: High-quality frontend and backend systems development utilizing modern engineering practices.

• Code Excellence: Write clean, well-documented, and testable code. Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure system quality and stability.

• Global Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional international teams to align technical solutions with product requirements.

• System Optimization: Troubleshoot, resolve complex production issues, and continuously optimize application performance and scalability.

• Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior/mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and engineering excellence.

Technical Requirements

• Backend: Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Microservices architecture.

• Frontend: Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript along with modern frontend frameworks, preferably React (Angular or Vue.js are acceptable).

• Database: Solid experience with relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.

• DevOps & Tools: Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern deployment tools.

Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in professional software development, with at least 2–3 years at a Senior level.

• Proven track record of delivering complex, distributed, and scalable systems.

• Extensive working experience within Agile/Scrum environments.
