CEO

We are seeking a visionary CEO to lead a high-growth digital gaming and platform-based business operating in a regulated environment. This role combines strategy, technology leadership, and government engagement to scale a compliant, innovative digital ecosystem. The CEO will drive overall business performance, build strong stakeholder relationships, and position the company as a market leader in interactive digital products and platform solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategy & Business Leadership
• Define and execute the company’s vision, growth strategy, and operating model
• Lead digital platform development (apps, web, payment integrations, partner ecosystems)
• Drive scalable business models across B2C and B2B2C channels

2. Regulatory & Stakeholder Management
• Manage relationships with government authorities and regulatory bodies
• Ensure full compliance with legal frameworks in regulated digital industries
• Build long-term trust with key institutional stakeholders

3. Operations & Organization
• Oversee all business functions (Product, Tech, Commercial, Finance, Legal)
• Build and lead a high-performing executive leadership team
• Establish governance, KPIs, and a performance-driven culture

4. Partnerships & Ecosystem Growth
• Develop strategic partnerships with digital platforms, fintech, telecom, and distribution partners
• Expand platform ecosystem and regional growth opportunities

5. Financial Performance & Fundraising
• Own P&L, growth targets, and operational efficiency
• Lead investor relations and fundraising (Venture Capital/Private Equity)
• Report performance and strategic progress to the Board

Requirements:

Experience

• 10–15+ years’ experience with at least 5 years in CEO / GM / senior leadership roles
• Strong background in digital platforms, gaming, fintech, or tech-enabled consumer businesses
• Proven track record scaling businesses in regulated or complex markets

Strong preference for candidates from:
• Online gaming / digital entertainment / gaming tech
• Platform-based or consumer tech ecosystems
• Companies operating with regulatory oversight (fintech, telco, digital services)

Capabilities
• Deep understanding of digital ecosystems, payments, and platform models
• Strong stakeholder management (Board, investors, regulators)

Other
• Southeast Asia experience preferred
• Fluent English required; Vietnamese is a plus
