My years at Robert Walters have been filled with growth and learning. I was fortunate enough to advance to a senior consultant role within my first year here, and after a little over three years, I found myself stepping into a manager’s shoes. It's been an inspiring journey, one that began in the most unexpected way.

Switching to recruitment was a leap, but the amazing people I met during my interviews made it an easy decision. Their stories of success, despite having no prior recruitment experience before Robert Walters, and the inspiring and supportive interview experience convinced me that this was the right path.
