Our client, a leading global FMCG organization, is seeking a Head of Talent Acquisition, Vietnam to lead recruitment strategy and execution across the country. Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition APAC, this role will oversee a team of Talent Acquisition professionals through multiple Team Leads, supporting hiring across diverse businesses. As a key member of the APAC Talent Acquisition Leadership Team, you will partner closely with business and HR leaders to drive workforce planning, talent pipeline development, employer branding, recruitment transformation, and AI-enabled hiring initiatives. You will also play a critical role in shaping the future talent landscape in Vietnam while delivering exceptional hiring outcomes across the organization. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Talent Acquisition leader with a proven track record in a complex, matrixed multinational environment, strong stakeholder management capabilities, and a passion for building high-performing teams and talent strategies.

This role at the company will drive strategic sourcing, strategic hire, employer branding, and talent acquisition for succession planning for critical roles. They align recruitment with business objectives, lead specialized TA teams, and manage key relationships with universities for early career pipelines.
