What you'll do:
As the Total Rewards Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the compensation and benefits landscape of the organisation. You will be responsible for designing competitive structures while keeping abreast of market trends. Your expertise will be crucial in providing consultancy to various teams for creating tailored compensation packages. You will also lead the IT and administrative teams to ensure smooth office operations. Your analytical skills will be put to good use as you analyse data, prepare reports, and assist in budgeting. Furthermore, you will take charge of communicating changes to employees through materials and training sessions. Lastly, your role will involve maintaining relationships with vendors while negotiating contracts to optimise services.
Design competitive structures, analyse market trends, and ensure accurate payroll processing
Provide consultancy to Compensation & Benefits teams in subsidiaries for tailored compensation packages
Create and manage benefits programs, enhance offerings for back office, sales and operations
Lead IT and administrative teams for smooth office operations
Analyse data, prepare reports, and assist in budgeting
Inform employees about changes, provide materials, conduct training sessions
Maintain relationships with vendors, negotiate contracts, and optimise services
What you bring:
The ideal Total Rewards Manager will bring a wealth of experience in compensation and benefits management. She will have a strong academic background with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or a related field. Her strong analytical skills will enable her to interpret data effectively and draw actionable insights. She will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills which she can utilise to collaborate effectively across different teams within the organisation. A comprehensive understanding of labour laws and regulations is also essential for this role.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or related field
Strong experience in compensation and benefits management
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
