What you'll do:
As a Learning & Development Manager, you will be at the heart of our client's mission to deliver amazing experiences to their customers. You will be responsible for designing comprehensive learning programmes that cater to all staff levels within the organisation. Your role will involve identifying knowledge gaps, prioritising training initiatives, creating engaging training materials, facilitating training sessions, and overseeing learning management systems. Your efforts will directly contribute to the growth and performance of the employees, ultimately driving the success of the organisation.
Develop and implement learning strategies and programmes for all staff levels within the Group and Board team of subsidiaries
Identify knowledge gaps and prioritise training initiatives for each target audience
Create and curate training materials aligned with business goals
Facilitate engaging training sessions and provide support to trainers
Oversee learning management systems and utilise analytics for tracking training effectiveness
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Learning & Development Manager position brings a wealth of experience in learning and development roles. You have a proven track record in instructional design or training management roles, preferably within the hospitality or entertainment industry. Your strong instructional design skills enable you to develop engaging and interactive learning experiences. With excellent communication and presentation skills, you can effectively identify the needs of various target groups. Your ability to embrace and inspire company culture among employees is crucial. Additionally, your strong logical thinking and project management skills set you apart.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred
Proven experience in learning and development, instructional design, or training management roles
Strong instructional design skills with experience in developing engaging and interactive learning experiences
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively identify needs of various target groups
Ability to embrace and inspire company culture to employees
Strong logical thinking and project management skills
