What you'll do:
As the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our client's organisation. You will be at the forefront of developing recruitment strategies that align with business goals. Your expertise will be utilised in building processes related to recruitment and talent attraction. You will have the opportunity to engage with candidates through various channels, ensuring that only the best talents are selected. Your role also involves enhancing the organisation's reputation through strategic branding initiatives. Lastly, you will be responsible for tracking recruitment metrics and providing valuable insights from market research.
Develop and execute recruitment plans aligned with business goals, collaborating with managers to understand needs
Build and adjust processes, policies, and forms related to the recruitment and talent attraction area
Use diverse channels to attract and engage candidates, including passive talent
Conduct thorough evaluations to ensure candidates meet requirements and facilitate positive interview experiences
Enhance organisation's reputation as an employer of choice through branding initiatives and partnerships
Track recruitment metrics, analyse data from market/industry/competitor research and provide actionable insights
What you bring:
The ideal Talent Acquisition Manager will bring a wealth of knowledge and experience in talent acquisition within the hospitality or entertainment industry. She will possess a strong understanding of recruitment best practices and demonstrate excellent communication skills. Her proficiency in using recruitment tools will be essential for this role. She should work well within cross-functional teams and show proactivity towards achieving recruitment goals. Familiarity with the nightlife/entertainment industry would be advantageous. Additionally, she should have significant experience in recruiting foreign employees within the industry.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred
Proven experience in talent acquisition, ideally in hospitality/entertainment
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices
Excellent communication skills
Adept at using recruitment tools
Works well in cross-functional teams
Proactive in achieving recruitment goals
Familiarity with the nightlife/entertainment industry preferred
Has strong experience in recruiting foreign employees in the industry
