Almost two years into the global COVID-19 pandemic, organisations and professionals have come to accept and adapt to different processes and work routines.
From remote and hybrid work arrangements to video-based interviewing and discussions, to a greater awareness and push for mental health and overall well-being, employees are increasingly conscious of how workplaces can be forged differently in a post-pandemic climate.
As countries across South East Asia slowly emerge from various forms of lockdowns and restrictions, how are employees readjusting to a return to the office and the ‘new normal’?
